The Indie York Loyalty Card is your chance to explore, shop and eat your way around some of York’s best independents and be in with the chance of winning amazing prizes while you're at it.
How to take part:
🛍️ Spend £10 or more at a participating Indie York member business
⭐️ Collect a sticker upon purchase.
🎯 Collect 5 stickers from 5 different Indie York member businesses.
📸 Send us a photo of your completed card via email or drop it off at the Visit York Information Centre
🎉 Be entered into the Indie York prize draw (drawn week commencing 7th September 2026)
Prizes
Customers who complete their loyalty card will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher for one of the following businesses:

FAQ’s
Where do I get a loyalty card?
You’ll find them in most Indie York member businesses or at the Visit York Information Centre (while stocks last).
How do I know which businesses are Indie York members?
Look for the Indie York window sticker — or check the directory (/directory/).
What counts toward a sticker?
A single transaction of £10 or more at a participating Indie York member business. Make sure to show your Loyalty Card and ask for your sticker!
What if the business has run out of stickers?
No problem - just email us a photo of your receipt when you submit your entry to hello@indieyork.co.uk and we’ll count it.
Can I shop at the same place five times?
We love your enthusiasm, but you need to collect stickers from five different participating businesses.
Can I enter more than once?
Absolutely! Each completed Loyalty Card counts as a separate entry into the prize draw, so the more completed cards you submit, the more chances you have to win.
When is the deadline?
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on Monday 31 August 2026. Prize draw will take place during the week commencing 7th September 2026.
Where do I submit my completed card?
You can either:
- Email a photo to hello@indieyork.co.uk
- Drop it off in person at the Visit York Information Centre, 21 Parliament St, York YO1 8SG
Prize draw terms and conditions
- Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries during the week commencing 7 September 2026.
- Five winners will each receive a £50 gift voucher from a participating independent business. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided with their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Indie York reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- By entering, participants agree that their personal information will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with Indie York's Privacy Policy.
