Mindful Moments Month Blooms in York This May
This May, you're are invited to pause, reflect, and take mindful steps for a great cause.
Blossom Tree Social is leading Mindful Moments Month, a community-wide initiative focused on daily mindfulness and wellbeing, while raising vital funds for Kyra, a York-based charity supporting women to make positive changes in their lives.
Throughout the month, Blossom Tree Social will be completing a mindful walk each day, joined by her son, to highlight the importance of small, intentional acts of self-care. Locals are encouraged to join in by sharing their own mindful moments using the hashtag #MindfulMomentsMonth.
A variety of events are taking place across York and online throughout May - from calming meditation sessions and nature journaling, to forest bathing and women’s wellness workshops. Many are free to attend, and a portion of all event proceeds or product sales will be donated to Kyra.
