Trig brewery was established in York in 2023 and at the start of 2025 moved to a new brew house in Poppleton on the edge of the city. Owner and Head Brewer Patrick Hall creates small batch brews with a focus on classic beer styles crafted with modern brewing techniques. Trig beers can be found in some of the best pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants in York and are gathering a strong following throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
