PRACTICE is a private personal training studio in South Bank, York, created for people who want to train with more support, more confidence and less overwhelm.
We blend personal training, strength work, movement coaching and rehab-informed exercise to help clients understand their body, move better and build long-term strength. Our approach is calm, personal and pain-aware, making it ideal for people returning to training, managing aches and niggles, rebuilding confidence, or wanting a more private alternative to a busy commercial gym.
Clients can start with a Movement Reset, continue with one-to-one coaching, train with a partner, or use Solo Practice once they feel confident in the space.
PRACTICE is appointment-only, supportive and intentionally small. It is built for real people with real lives who want training that feels purposeful, personal and sustainable.
