We are a sustainable coffee roaster using innovative technology, based in the Raylor Centre, York. We base our business around three pillars: Californian Innovation, Korean Engineering and Yorkshire hospitality.

We roast on a Bellwether: an all-electric, smokeless, ventless coffee roaster, designed and developed in California. It uses almost no carbon emissions, makes great coffee, and it is powered by software - meaning we can pre-programme roasts in the exact way we want the coffee to turn out. Secondly, we deliver by EV or foot across North Yorkshire, in order to minimise carbon emissions. We'll soon be using Hyundai/Kia vehicles with state-of-the-art battery technology to accelerate our aim to make our business as innovative and eco-friendly as possible. Finally, we source sustainably, working directly with producers and small, knowledgeable importers. We're proud that we know where our coffee comes from, from green bean all the way through to cup.
