- 3 bedrooms (the attic bedroom can be set up as a super king or two full singles)
- an open plan kitchen, dining and living room
- a family bathroom with a Japanese soaking tub and shower
- a basement cinema and a games room with foosball and loads of board games
- a sunny courtyard
