Collection of apartments located in some of York’s most historic quarters
You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to deciding on an apartment, each one situated close to city landmarks including Monk Bar and Clifford’s Tower – handy when you’ve spent a day exploring the city’s snickets and bar walls. All the self-contained apartments contain fully-equipped kitchens (complete with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and milk), a bathroom with a spacious walk-in rainfall shower, a good number of which can be booked on a one-night basis.
With apartments and studios sleeping anywhere from two to 16 guests there are great combinations for larger groups – hen parties have in the past booked out entire buildings divided into flats to accommodate groups of all ages – and guests can take advantage of the discounts at the group-owned dry cleaners should the occasion arise.
“We act like everyone’s family and friends – we try and add personal touches because, quite often, guests ring up and ask if we can do things like put up birthday balloons or have a bouquet of flowers ready, so we’ll go that extra mile for them.”
