Admire Florian’s extraordinary sugar‑work sculptures, displayed in the shop, the same artistry that earned him the Sugar Prize at the 2017 World Cup in Lyon, France. It’s a rare chance to see world‑class sugar art up close.
Our cosy Flo's Café is the perfect place to pause during your visit to York. Enjoy a traditional a single origin hot chocolate, a French Cappuccino made with locally roasted coffee with one of our signature cakes while watching the bustle of the Shambles outside.
