I'm Frankie, a sole-trader NICEIC Approved Contractor based in York. After 15 years in customer research I retrained as an electrician during COVID, and that background still shapes how I work: I'd rather explain something properly than leave you nodding along.
I look after homes, landlords and businesses across York and the surrounding area: EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, full and partial rewires, EV charger installation and fault finding. For fellow independents, PAT testing and shop or office fit-outs are bread and butter, with a full written record issued the same day.
Every job has transparent pricing and a written estimate before I start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. I turn up when I say I will, do the job properly, and leave the place tidy.
