Summer Meeting and York Independent Business Association AGM 2020

Dear Members,
Summer Meeting and York Independent Business Association AGM via Zoom at 6.30pm on Monday 22nd June.

We are very pleased to announce that Bill Grimsey, who is one of the country’s leading authorities on the High Street, will be giving a presentation at the meeting focusing on the High Street post Covid19. He has produced the two celebrated “Grimsey Reviews” into the state of our our high streets. He is the former CEO of Iceland, Do it All and held senior positions in other major companies in Britain and Hong Kong. 

This will be followed by a Q & A session with a panel of city wide representatives chaired by Andrew Lowson from The York BID. The panellists will be:

Cllr. Andy D'Gorne - Executive Member responsible for Transport 
Cllr. Denise Craghill - Executive Member responsible for Housing and councillor for the Guildhall Ward.
Sean Bullick - Managing Director at Make It York 


This will take the form of a webinar with pre-submitted questions from our members. Please submit your questions for the panel to Sara at hello@indieyork.co.uk 

We will send out Zoom invitations to register to attend the AGM next week. Details will be posted to the Indie York website.
